Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for SaaS development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 global time zones during night hours
- Implement Agile methodologies while maintaining strict budget controls
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve escalations with 24-hour SLAs
- Generate executive dashboards and stakeholder reports for AM reviews
- Mentor junior PMs in remote leadership techniques
- Optimize resource allocation using Jira and Asana night shift workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing software development projects (night shift experience preferred)
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in Scrum/Kanban with distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and time zone management tools
- Proven success in budget management ($1M+ projects)
- Exceptional written communication for async collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills for post-implementation reviews
