Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for cross-functional teams across 3 time zones
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure on-time delivery of complex tech initiatives
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and resolve escalations during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
- Generate real-time project dashboards and executive summaries for daily morning reviews
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with proven night shift or global team experience
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project with remote collaboration tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management
