Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise server systems, cloud infrastructure, and network operations during night shift hours
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during low-traffic windows
- Respond to critical alerts and incidents with rapid resolution (< 30 SLA)
- Collaborate with global teams for cross-continental system maintenance
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train night shift associates on IT best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT operations experience with night shift preference
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS, and network administration (CCNA or equivalent)
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent security credentials
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog)
- Strong incident response experience with major enterprise systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional on-site needs)
