Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments including development, operations, and quality assurance
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize sprint planning and velocity tracking
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and executive briefings
- Utilize Jira, MS Project, and Asana to maintain real-time project visibility and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through post-project reviews and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or manufacturing sectors
- PMP or CSM certification with proven night shift or remote team leadership
- Expertise in budget management ($500K+ projects) and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in conflict resolution
- Strong bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Ability to thrive in autonomous environments with minimal supervision
