Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1/2 technical support for corporate systems including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain server environments during weekend operations (Windows Server, Linux, cloud platforms)
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend deployment projects
- Conduct user training for weekend staff on IT systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL methodologies
- Valid US driver's license for occasional hardware transport
