Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proactively troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols
- Collaborate with global teams during critical maintenance windows
- Document incidents and create detailed technical reports
- Implement disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT operations experience
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
