- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance tuning
- Respond to critical alerts within 15-minute SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional on-site visits)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance
