Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed specifications for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business strategies
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for product roadmap planning
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN notation
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives

- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
