As a Weekend Business Analyst, you will work independently to gather requirements, analyze complex data sets, and drive process improvements that support our global operations. Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization using SQL and Excel.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to communicate performance metrics to management.
- Process Documentation: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to ensure clear communication across departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business inquiries during the weekend shift, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- UAT Support: Collaborate with QA teams to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate software changes before deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
