Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and create functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to track KPIs
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Monitor project implementation and measure outcomes against business goals
- Generate comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
