In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights drive our weekend operations. You will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and operational workflows specifically for weekend and off-cycle activities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track weekend performance metrics.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity during off-peak hours.
- Document business processes and create user stories for system enhancements.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
