Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity during off-peak hours.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and technical documentation to guide the development and testing teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the IT department, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making for weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and at least one project management methodology (Agile/Scrum).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard work schedule.
