Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into solutions
- Validate system changes through UAT and quality assurance processes
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the business representative
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
