Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting KPIs and performance metrics for overnight operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions with global teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support system integrations and data migrations for critical business systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst with night shift or rotational schedule experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
