Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop test plans and validate system implementations against business needs
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical and business objectives
- Monitor project milestones and communicate progress to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
