Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Maps.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and forecasting.
- Participate in testing activities, including UAT, to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
