Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis to define business needs and project scopes.
- Create detailed documentation, including business process models, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables to ensure milestones are met within the weekend schedule.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
