Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify optimization opportunities in banking processes
- Document business requirements using UML diagrams and process flows for fintech integrations
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data solutions using SQL and Tableau
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define success metrics for digital transformation projects
- Develop test cases and validate system changes against business specifications
- Produce executive dashboards highlighting KPI improvements from implemented solutions
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and prioritize features based on ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements for fintech or SaaS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
