Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document user stories and technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and testing protocols
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or remote environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
