- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for night shift development teams
- Analyze operational data streams to identify process optimization opportunities during overnight production cycles
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with international stakeholders across time zones
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and data models
- Lead UAT testing cycles for critical system updates deployed during off-peak hours
- Generate executive dashboards highlighting night shift performance metrics
- Coordinate incident response protocols for overnight system disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or global team exposure
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in 24/7 environments
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously overnight
