Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis for overnight operations using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones via virtual workshops
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system issues during off-peak hours
- Create executive dashboards highlighting operational KPIs and improvement opportunities
- Lead UAT sessions for overnight system deployments and feature releases
- Document compliance requirements for financial services industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with night shift or remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in financial services or e-commerce industries
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
- Experience documenting requirements for high-volume transaction systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
