Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to achieve quarterly milestones
- Develop detailed project plans with risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation
- Implement JIRA and Asana to track progress and maintain transparency across stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project retrospectives and process optimization
- Manage $2M+ project budgets with financial reporting and vendor negotiations
- Serve as primary liaison between executive leadership and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification with demonstrable Agile/Scrum mastery
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects on time/budget
- Expertise in risk management, stakeholder communication, and change leadership
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
