Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver software features and products on schedule.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies, identifying risks and mitigating blockers proactively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Manage scope changes and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate regular sprint reviews and retrospectives with engineering and design teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or software industry.
- Proven experience managing part-time or freelance resources effectively.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
