Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities for global operations
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to align technical solutions with business goals
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in real-time reporting systems
- Support UAT cycles and go-live activities for cross-functional projects
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with night shift or global team exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements for ERP or CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during night shift
- Strong written communication skills for producing clear documentation
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
