Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirement specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Support system implementations and provide post-launch analysis
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or flexible schedule roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
