- Coordinate 10+ cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and product departments
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows to enhance team productivity by 30%
- Manage $1M+ budgets with quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Drive risk mitigation strategies through daily risk register maintenance
- Mentor junior PMs through structured onboarding and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ leading enterprise tech projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with scaled frameworks (SAFe)
- Proven experience managing remote/hybrid teams across time zones
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-level reporting
