Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Stakeholder alignment and executive reporting on project KPIs
- Resource allocation and budget management with $500K+ budgets
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for complex initiatives
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and team coaching
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Process improvement and PMO standards enforcement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech sector
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level software projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with hybrid/remote team leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
