Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data modeling, process mapping, and workflow optimization for client projects
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and system diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract or consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Ability to work independently with daily deliverables and reporting
