Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data requirements to drive strategic decision-making
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms for overnight operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure data integrity across systems and validate analytics outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML, user stories, and flowcharts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Night shift availability required (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
