Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable solutions
- Design and implement data models using SQL and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document processes with UML diagrams
- Lead agile sprints as Product Owner proxy for night-shift development teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive reporting
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation repositories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Data Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst with night shift or remote work experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency and data modeling expertise
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite to operational levels
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
