Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document user stories and technical specifications
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night shift hours to gather requirements
- Develop test cases and validate system changes during off-peak hours
- Maintain and update process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend optimizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML or similar methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
