Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using Jira and Asana
- Track project milestones and deliverables while maintaining updated documentation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues to senior leadership
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Relevant certification (PMP, CSM) preferred but not required
