Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-level projects on time and within budget
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Identify and mitigate risks while proactively managing stakeholder communications
- Monitor project progress using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and improve processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets
