Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules using industry-standard tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring continuity and minimizing scope creep.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and executive leadership regularly.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
