Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level business goals into actionable strategic roadmaps for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategies to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management to ensure project milestones are met.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks for the 2026 rollout.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on progress to the board of directors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the project team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading complex, long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology trends, SaaS ecosystems, and digital transformation processes.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
