Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage budgets exceeding $1M and optimize resource allocation across 10+ team members
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project success rates
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct post-project performance analyses
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or construction sectors
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
