Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level fintech products
- Coordinate 8-10 cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring compliance with PMI standards
- Manage $5M+ budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives
- Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/finance
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record delivering SaaS products
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Asana
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
