Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor complex IT infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals across development, QA, and DevOps
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Jira and MS Project
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT/tech sector
- Proven PMP or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
