Responsibilities
- Document business requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit and prioritize business needs
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Maintain and update project documentation throughout lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts
