Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and document detailed functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data sets to support decision-making processes and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to map current processes and design future-state workflows.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, including use cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear understanding.
- Testing Support: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
