Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and use case documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding developers, QA engineers, and product managersâto ensure successful solution delivery.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Drive the testing and validation phases to ensure products meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
