Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify business needs and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and test cases.
- Assist in the execution of system testing and post-implementation support.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
