Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic process improvements.
- Create comprehensive flowcharts, wireframes, and process maps using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current state operations with desired future state goals.
- Prepare and present compelling data reports and presentations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel functions, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
