- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to leadership
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Support UAT testing and ensure solution alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated with proven ability to deliver results independently
