Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Design and maintain documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather business needs
- Perform data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to uncover insights
- Support Agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Create test cases and validate solutions against business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
