Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Create clear documentation, including process maps, data models, and user manuals.
- Perform data validation and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and refine solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Relevant BA certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
