Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in business processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, and user manuals.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
