Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support data analysis initiatives and prepare executive dashboards
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Develop test cases and assist with UAT validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with financial services or SaaS products
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
