Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements across departments
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions
- Track KPIs and report on project progress to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
