- Document requirements using user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives
- Create data-driven reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project goals
- Track KPIs and measure project success metrics
- Translate technical jargon into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA artifacts and deliverables
